17 Minor Bantam - Sillett Perfect in Muskoka!
Submitted By Minor Bantam on Monday, July 31, 2017
Trent a pitcher for the Minor Bantam Tecumseh took the mound in a semi final game in the Muskoka Cup, facing the home team Muskoka Hornets.

The game seemed to fly by at a faster pace then we were used to. It was not until Eric (the catcher) walked out of the dugout at the bottom of the fifth inning already winning 10-0 and told his coach “Trent’s 3 outs from a perfect game”(which is no-no in the baseball world) by they way.   It didn’t seem to change a thing with 2 strike outs with the first 2 batters. The 3rd and last batter tried to shake things up as he squared to bunt but the ball was fielded cleaning and the out was made and the Perfect Game was completed.

Just like any Perfect Game or No Hitter its always a team effort to get it done and the entire Minor Bantam Tecumseh team should feel very proud of this Amazing accomplishment !
5 Innings pitched, 63 pitches, 9 strike outs.
