Congratulations London Tecumsehs on a Great Year
Submitted By webmaster on Monday, September 11, 2017
The London Tecumsehs would like to congratulate all the Players, Coaches, Volunteers, and Board Members on yet again another successful season for the association as a whole. The Tecumsehs had strong seasons from all teams - from Rookie to Senior - finishing near or at the top of all LDBA Season Standings.

Most teams came away from tournaments with Finalist or Championship hardware and also placed very well in the OBA Championships, of our 9 teams our Midget and Major Mosquito programs won their OBA Provincial Championships. Our first year Senior Program finished third in Ontario. The Major and Minor Pee Wee programs finished 3rd in their respective Provincial Championships. The Minor Mosquito team had a good showing for their first year of being at Provincials where they faced opposing teams Pitchers rather then the pitching machine. Our Major and Minor Bantam programs also had a good Provincial tournament falling just short of making it to their respective semi-finals

This is all due to the hard work and dedication put in by the many people involved in making this organization one of best in London.  This was achieved by our great Coaching staff and determined players who started working hard in January to develop their skills and continued this all the way throughout the regular season, league playoffs and accumulated during OBA weekend.  The Tecumsehs look forward to continuing to develop players and build on the strength of this season and carry it into the 2018 season.  A special thank you to Coaches Brian Rooke, Wayne Bilger, Harry Muir, Jamie Sillett, Andrew Angus, Bob Picken, Ryan Bettridge, Kristian Wilson, Jeff Flesher and all of their Assistant Coaches for volunteering their time and effort to help make the 2017 season an overall success.
