Official Minor and Major Rookie tryouts are not actually until January, the practices now are just at the same time as other divisions for consistency, and for evaluation purposes and practice for the players. Therefore we do not have to worry about making sure we get out for all tryouts if the weather is not ideal, especially for this age group. Cancelled practices may or may not get rescheduled depending on the weather.
