Tuesday October 17th 7:00pm
Earl Nicols Arena Meeting Room - 799 Homeview Rd

London Tecumsehs Baseball Club (LTBC) would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday October 17th at 7:00 pm. This meeting is your chance to hear about the current state of the LTBC, and most importantly, an opportunity to become involved in the future of the LTBC.

Your support, in time and energy, is needed so that LTBC can continue to offer your child a place to learn and develop within the boundaries of the best competitive baseball program in London.

This is the second year for an elected Board and we encourage all registered members, that is all parents who had a child registered with LTBC or anyone who has reached the age of majority and is involved in coaching, or is a current volunteer with the LTBC to come out and have a say in how we move forward. If you do not wish to be part of the Board but would like to help out as a volunteer, we would still suggest you come to the meeting as there are many duties that can be fulfilled by non-board members.

Please mark October 17 on your calendar and plan to support the London Tecumsehs Baseball Club by attending.

Below is a link to the Constitution and Bylaws for you to review. All changes (marked in yellow) and additions (marked in blue) are included and will be voted on as part of the new Constitution for 2018. Also included is a link to the Agenda for the AGM.

Notice is hereby given to you, a MEMBER of the London Tecumsehs Baseball Club, that the Annual General Meeting will be held at Earl Nicols Arena, meeting room just inside the front entrance, 799 Homeview Rd, London, ON October 17, 2017 at 7:00 P.M.
